CeMIA maintains a Quality Management System and acquired ISO 9001:2015 certification in June of 2017.
ISO 9001:2015 provides a number of requirements that must be fulfilled to achieve customer satisfaction through products and services which meet customer expectations. The certification represents affirmation by a third-party registrar that when purchasing CeMIA products and services, the customer is assured of high quality and reliability. The ISO audit of CeMIA was carried out by TÜV HELLAS, a leading company in the fields of inspection and certification in the Balkans and the Southeastern Mediterranean.
